You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a €5 restocking fee.

What does the warranty cover?

It covers faults in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by chewing, misuse, or wear and tear.
