How to measure your dog:
Use a soft measuring tape and follow these two simple steps:

1. Chest girth: Measure the widest part of your dog's chest (just behind the front legs).
2. Neck circumference: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar would naturally sit.

If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@freesby.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a €5 restocking fee. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

1. Is the seat belt compatible with all car models?
Yes! Our pet seat belt (both cats and dogs) is designed to fit the isofix standards found on all vehicles. No special tools or modifications are required.

2. How do I attach the seat belt to the dog harness?
Simply clip the carabiner of the belt to the D-ring of the dog harness (never to a collar), then attach the ends of the buckle to the isofix. The double-attachment system keeps the dog stable on both sides.

3. Can I use the harness in any situation?
Absolutely, it is a seamless design harness, with 3D knitted material that allows the dog to move, as well as having an anti-pull fastening system suitable not only for transport in the car but also for walking.

4. Is the harness adjustable for different dog sizes?
Absolutely. The straps are fully adjustable to ensure a snug but comfortable fit for small, medium and large dogs.

5. Is it shock-tested or certified? This product is made of durable 3D mesh materials that are anti-abrasion and anti-strangle, allowing your pet to be carried or pulled in complete safety.
